We rely on Royal Mail services to deliver on time.
We normally despatch 1 day after order is placed.
Please note all weekend orders will be sent on the following Monday. For Bank Holidays orders will be sent on the Tuesday.
ROYAL MAIL SERVICES and expected delivery times
Standard delivery: 3- 5 days is the aim by Royal Mail but is not guaranteed
24hr Tracked: Royal Mail aims to deliver next day but it is not guaranteed
48hr Tracked: Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 days but this is not guaranteed
Special Delivery: Next day guaranteed (after 1 day handling time). If you require speedy and guaranteed next day delivery after despatch please choose Special Delivery

INTERNATIONAL
We currently deliver to UK ONLY but in the process to set up for international shipping.
Until then please use international forwarding companies.
You will need to set up an account that allows you to buy goods in the UK from companies who currently don't ship internationally. Please note - you will need to set up an account and they will charge a handling fee plus any applicable VAT and Customs charges to your country. Once we have shipped to your preferred forwarding company we unfortunately no longer have control over the shipping process. Should a dispute arise this would be between you and the forwarding company.

Please note - we do not accept any orders from the US or Canada
Gloves: Can be machine washed with similar colours at 30c or 40c and is tumble dry safe. At higher temperatures might lose some of it's colour.
Wear and Tear: Our gloves are made from organic knit rib cotton (the same found on sweat shirt cuffs) due to it's soft and stretchy nature. We chose this fabric allowing the user full flexibility with daily tasks being touch screen compatible and it's general comforting feel when wearing for longer periods of time. The fabric is tested to withstand general wear and tear but is not suitable for hard wearing/rough play/garden work and will unfortunately not withstand the user biting or pulling it.
Sensory aids: Clean with warm water
Jewellery: Clean as you would other jewellery. Should be removed before bathing or showering.
Balms and Creams: Calming Cream should be used within 9 months of opening
