Exchanges and Returns Policy

We are sorry the Fingers&Thumbs® glove did not meet your expectations.

We will endevour to ensure none of our customers are dissatisfied with their gloves and so before any of our Fingers & Thumbs® gloves are sent off they are quality checked. However, should you find there is a fault with your item then just send the glove back to us and we will refund the cost of your purchase. This also applies if you have changed your mind by the time the glove arrives and you have not opened the packaging. If there was a specific issue with the glove then we would be very happy to hear from you to ensure we do better.

To qualify for a full refund we must receive the glove within 21 days.

POSTAGE: We offer a prepaid 2nd class return label which is valid for 1 week from date of return approval - you should be able to download it directly from here. Please observe the 'send by' date on the label. After this expires you would need to cover the postage yourself.

Within 21 days:

We must receive the faulty or unwanted unused glove within 21 days to qualify for our money back guarantee. We provide a return label for you free of charge via the Amazon site together with the authorisation. The label will be valid for a week. Please check the date when you download it.

After 21 days:

If the glove is faulty we offer to repair the item and return it to you but will unfortunately not pay for your postage charges.

PLEASE NOTE – if there is evidence of the glove having been used unfortunately we can not accept a claim of money back or repair.
